Nachrichtendienst für Hotelprojekte (5): Top-4-Hotelgruppe weltweit betreibt 56 Häuser im Reich der Mitte
Hamburg, 23. November 2011 Marriott gibt in China weiter Gas: Größtes Projekt der US-Hotelkette ist das Macao Studio City Marriott Hotel (TOPHOTELPROJECTS Projekt Nr. 1.957) mit 968 Zimmern. Das Casinohotel entsteht am berühmten Cotauis Strip der Gaming-Metropole und soll im Herbst 2014 eröffnet werden.
In der ehemaligen portugiesischen Kolonie Macao ist Gaming seit jeher das Topthema. Aktuell entstehen dort mehrere Großprojekte der Hotelketten Starwood Hotels & Resorts (u.a. mit Sheraton und St. Regis), Hilton Worldwide (mit Conrad), Marriott Int. und Four Seasons.
Marriott International, auf Rang vier der größten Hotelgruppen weltweit, hat vor kurzem das 56. Hotel in China eröffnet: Das JW Marriott Hotel Shenyang bietet 345 Zimmer. In wenigen Jahren will Marriott Int. im Reich der Mitte 100 Hotels betreiben.
Marriott International Laut TOPHOTELPROJECTS entwickelt und erweitert Marriott International derzeit 25 neue Hotels mit über 8.900 Zimmern in China. Für alle Marken werden weltweit insgesamt über 230 Bauprojekte mit mehr als 56.000 Zimmern gebaut.
