Nachrichtendienst für Hotelprojekte (8): Top-Luxusmarke von Marriott eröffnet in Abu Dhabi – Management-Übernahme des berühmten Al Bustan Palace im Oman
Hamburg, 15. Dezember 2011 Expansion am Arabischen Golf: Marriott baut seine Top-Luxusmarke Ritz-Carlton mit einem Großprojekt weiter aus. In Abu Dhabi entsteht derzeit ein Top-Resort der Spitzenklasse mit 447 Zimmern und Suiten sowie 85 Villen (TOPHOTELPROJECTS Nr. 3700), das im Frühjahr 2012 eröffnet werden soll. In diesem Jahr wurde das legendäre Resort Al Bustan Palace in Muskat/Oman übernommen. Das 250-Zimmer-Haus wurde erst kürzlich für mehrere Millionen US-Dollar aufwendig renoviert und aufgewertet.
Das neue Resort von Ritz-Carlton am Grand Canal von Abu Dhabi, der Hauptstadt der Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate, bietet mit ausgedehnten Gärten großen Luxus in der Wüstenregion. Großzügige Wasserspiele und spektakuläre Lichteffekten dürfen da nicht fehlen. Ebenso in großer Dimension angelegt wird ein Outdoor-Pool in Olympia-Größe. Natürlich gibt es auch am großen Kanal einen Privatstrand für die Hotelgäste.
Es ist das dritte Hotel von Ritz-Carlton in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten; bislang gibt es zwei Häuser in Dubai.
